Hi, I'm Rebecca!

I am the the owner of Craft and Fortune, and I thought I'd share with you how this little business came to be.

For years, my neurodivergence has had me flitting from one creative hobby to another, but in 2023 I came across something I had never seen before and I was hooked - Silver Clay. Real Silver, mixed with an organic binder that creates a soft clay that can be sculpted and moulded. When fired, the binder burns away and all that is left is solid, precious metal.

Building my own business is something I have always wanted to do, but have never quite been brave enough to see through (until now, of course). They say, 'fortune favours the bold' and in 2024, with encouragement and support from my friends and family, I took a leap and began to share my handmade silver jewellery with kindred spirits.

Each piece is designed by me, to hold meaning, tell a story and serve as a talisman.

I make everything by hand which, of course, takes more time than a machine, but also takes a lot more care and attention which I think makes my creations that little bit more precious.

I hope you enjoy my work and share in my eclectic love for animals, nature, and the strange and unusual.
